All about me

I am a graduate of the Strathclyde University Business School, where my studies were focused on Economics and Business Law.

After leaving university I have worked in a niche retail sector for 25 years, helping to build up an established family business.  I have developed a unique understanding of the challenges faced by small companies and I am now using my knowledge and experience of running a small business to help other company owners get the most out of their business.

Studying through the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers I passed all my ICB bookkeeping qualifications with distinction, achieving full member status.  I also have ICB qualifications in Payroll Management and Self Assessment Tax. I hold an ICB practice licence and follow their strict code of conduct which includes supervision under the Anti Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and compulsory Professional Indemnity Insurance.
